The Chief Minister of Penang, Joseph Lim Guan Eng is a liar. He lied once again. He claimed the illegal factory was built in 2007 when Barisan Nasional (BN) is the Government of the day.

Thanks to my Facebooker's friend, Tzu P Wong, the above are satelite photos taken by Google Earth showing the factory was not there in 2008. The factory image appeared in 2009, during his incompetent watch.

According to Tzu P Wong, a simple research using Google Earth application to scout the Bukit Mertajam area with its timeline function has shown that Joseph Lim Guan Eng is lying through his nose. The time-marked satellite photo of the area on 31/08/2008 where the illegal factory is to be located has nothing on the ground.

This is when DAP has already won the 12th General Election and Joseph Lim Guan Eng has long been sworn in as the Chief Minister of Penang and was happily enjoying his coffee up on the top floor of Wisma Komtar.

And after that, the illegal factory appeared in all the satellite photos timeline marked 2009 till the most recent one in 2016. So again, it is proven beyond doubt that Joseph Lim Guan Eng is lying. Over to you SPRM.

Nothing is sincere about Joseph Lim Guan Eng and his party DAP, not even when the Penang people lives are in danger. What has he got now to say to his claim that the factory was built in 2007? The following are the photos taken by Tzu P Wong in accordance to date.
